RAP Stra 15 / EBV

Preparation of preliminary notifications and installation concepts for the use of mineral substitute construction materials in accordance with the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (EBV), quality control according to RAP Stra 15 in combination with EBV, proposal preparation, and coordination of service scope with planners, clients, and authorities while considering technical, professional, and economic aspects.

Construction-phase support during the use of mineral substitute construction materials, including communication with authorities and continuous interaction with project stakeholders during dynamic project phases.

Preparation of final notifications or documentation for the completed reuse of mineral substitute construction materials in accordance with EBV.

Provision of comprehensive EBV consulting to optimize the use of mineral substitute construction materials in accordance with EBV as well as user-focused EBV training.

Issuance of suitability certifications (EgN), factory production control (WPK), and third-party inspections (FÜ) for stationary and mobile processing plants.

Geotechnical investigations for all relevant materials, chemical analyses of all known pollutants by DAkkS-accredited laboratories according to applicable standards and guidelines (DIN, VDI), waste classification analyses (DeponieV), and all analyses required by the EBV.

According to the guideline for the recognition of testing centers in road construction (RAP Stra), GEOlogik Wilbers & Oeder GmbH is approved nationwide for incoming inspections of aggregates (D0). Furthermore, we hold approvals for suitability testing and third-party inspections for unbound layers, construction material mixtures, and soil material for earthworks (I1, I2).
